A Word of Encouragement…

“The only true and eternal word, is the Word of God that proceed directly from the mouth of ‘The Eternal’ Himself.

 Ministers & Pastors (including Pastor Jim Seymour) can only share God’s written word as illuminated to them by God’s Holy Spirit.  These messages hopefully represent ‘vibrant progressive revelations’ of how God chooses to reveal Himself at a particular time.

The only litmus test we can apply to any gospel message is, ‘did that message encourage me by pointing me to Jesus Christ the saviour of the world?”                      Colossians 2 v 9 ‘In Jesus, dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.’

(We must always evaluate God’s word in the light of ‘yoke’ not ‘doctrine’.  In other words, “Did that message set me free?  Did it set my spirit soaring?  Did it liberate me from the burdens of this world or did it bind me up with legalism?”

Please keep in mind that in this ‘present dispensation of time’ humanity ‘can only see/understand Jesus through dark glasses'.  But when the day comes and we all stand before ‘our Lord’ face to face, then we will know God as He really is.

 Until then God asks us to remain faithful to Jesus.  “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He (Jesus) shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is.”  1 John 3:2

Before listening to the messages on this website we recommend that you ask the Lord Jesus to reveal Himself to you

in a special and personal way.

We are confident, because of God’s written word, that He will save* you from whatsoever challenge/s you presently face.

*Save – from the Greek word ‘sozo’ meaning to save, heal, make whole, deliver, prosper, protect, preserve.  In other words…. God is willing and able to bless you with His complete package of goodness, mercy and grace because of your trust in Him!
